We are proud to offer the best in women's healthcare and to serve the women of the Huntsville area.  We pride ourselves in providing top of the line evidence-based obstetric care, to include support for patient choice around the options of VBAC, breech vaginal delivery, and natural birth. We provide the full range of gynecology care, including minimally invasive surgery, advanced laparoscopy, preventative health maintenance, and contraceptive counseling. We offer 3D ultrasound, a chance for expectant parents to be able to glimpse their baby's face and print out keepsake images. Nurse midwives offer a more individualized plan of care, whether you are seeking support in pregnancy and birth or well-women's care.​ We offer the latest options in infertility treatment. She completed her Internship and Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at University of Alabama, Birmingham in June 2008. She is a National Health Service Corps Scholar and has studied abroad. Dr. Robinson focuses on providing individualized care for women of all ages and is committed to providing comprehensive women's health care. She maintains one of the lowest Cesarean rates and highest VBAC rates among Huntsville area OBGYNs.  Beyond her OBGYN clinic work at Alabama Women's Wellness, Dr. Robinson is also deeply committed to promoting reproductive freedom and choice. She has been featured by the New York Times for her groundbreaking work relating to reproductive health care access in the south. ​Dr. Williams graduated from Case Western Reserve University and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington University in St Louis, Missouri. Dr. Williams was a Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellow, during which time she developed her initial interest in quality of life as it relates to reproductive health care and abortion. She was also a Family Planning Fellow at Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health at University of California, San Francisco, where she explored how cultural context affects reproductive decision making, with a special focus on black women. Dr. Williams considers herself a comprehensive provider for women and others with gynecologic concerns. Andrea Pryor is a Board Certified Women's Health Nurse Practice and has over 13 years experience in Women's Health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 2009. As a Registered Nurse, she worked as a Labor and Delivery Charge Nurse, Childbirth Educator, and Sweet Success Gestational Diabetic Educator. Andrea went on to earn her Masters of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University in December 2015 with a specialization in midwifery and Women's Health.  Andrea is currently a member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health (NPWH), and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Andrea is extremely passionate about providing compassionate health care and empowering women during all aspects of their lives. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their five children.  Sarah is a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2022. She has a passion for perinatal mental health and for providing inclusive, affirming, evidence-based reproductive care—especially for the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Her approach is grounded in equity, respect, and the belief that everyone deserves access to safe, compassionate healthcare that celebrates their identity and autonomy. Sarah is a Huntsville native and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Auburn. Before becoming a midwife, she spent seven years working as a registered nurse in Colorado, Utah, California, and Tennessee, specializing in Labor and Delivery, OB Triage, and High-Risk OB. These years at the bedside shaped her clinical foundation and reinforced her commitment to supporting patients throughout their prenatal, birth, and postpartum experiences. She strives to create safer, more inclusive spaces where every person can access high-quality, individualized OBGYN care. In her personal time, Sarah enjoys life on her small farm in Tennessee with her husband and daughter, raising goats, pigs, chickens, and guineas. Tiffany Golub is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Midwife who has been in practice since 2019. She has been a nurse for 18 years and is a goal-oriented person who constantly seeks excellence and advancement in her career. She is set to graduate with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice this May of 2026. She is originally from Huntsville, Alabama, and was the first Certified Nurse Midwife to practice in the area since the 1990s. She received her undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama and her master's degree from Georgetown University. In addition to her academics, she carries multiple certifications, including colposcopy, midwifery sonography, and neonatal circumcision. Other special clinical interests include childbirth education, preventive care, and preconception counseling/infertility. She frequently teaches nurse practitioner and nurse midwifery students in the clinical setting and finds this work especially rewarding. She loves to travel, spend time with her family and friends, and watch Alabama football. She has two dogs: a Yorkie named Ellie and a golden retriever named Sunny, whom she enjoys spending time with. Minor and minimally invasive in-office procedures such as cervical, endometrial, and vulvar biopsies, colposcopy Nurse Midwifery care offers a more individualized method of care both in pregnancy and with gynecological concerns. Nurse midwives are care providers who can offer care for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, well care, and other gynecological concerns. In addition to assisting women through childbirth, a certified nurse-midwife offers holistic care to women at many different stages of life. They conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and may even write prescriptions for certain conditions. Nurse-midwives also advise and counsel pregnant people. Choosing a midwife can help you put your well-being at the forefront, as well as increase your chances of having a more personal, natural birth experience. If you are seeking wellness or gynecological support, midwives provide a more personal experience and are able to provide the full range of options while also being available for more time and attention for you to address any concerns or needs. Nurse midwives are highly skilled in supporting natural unmedicated labor, however they have a full skillset of being able to support many different ways of birth. Whether you'd like a natural birth or would prefer to have an epidural, use other pharmacological pain relief options, or have an elective induction, midwives are an excellent choice for having personalized care and support during your birth. Our Nurse Midwives support birth at Crestwood Medical Center and Huntsville Hospital for Women and Children. There are currently no hospitals in Alabama that offer water birth. Water Birth may be an option with your midwife at Alabama Birth Center. We are able to provide support for water labor in a birthing tub at Crestwood Medical Center. Birthing people who desire water labor must hire a doula to provide tub rental. We also are happy to support hydrotherapy pain relief at both Huntsville Hospital and Crestwood with the option of laboring in the shower. We offer support through infertility issues. Please visit the online booking link and book an appointment, however if you are looking for something sooner, we encourage you to book an appointment using our online booking link, then call the office at [(256) 763-0036](tel:+12567630036). Once connected to a patient coordinator notify the attendant of the appointment you have booked online, and mention you need a sooner appointment. Here at AWWC you are cared for by a team of skilled mid wives and OB providers. We all have a similar approach to patient care. This team approach ensures that you receive optimal continuity of care, and that a familiar face is at your bedside during your birth. Yes, you do need to check in and confirm your patient appointment. We encourage active engagement on your portal. This allows us to optimize your appointment time and ensure that we always have the most accurate up to date information available.
